Lottie Anderson is a British artist who works and lives in London. She creates large-scale, highly detailed pencil drawings and is known for her monochromatic style.
Each of her drawings is bespoke and intricate. Lottie pushes the tonal values of her pencil marks, creating unique and intricate pieces. She spends up to 150 hours on her realistic drawings which are then made into prints.
Lottie began her studies at Oxford Brookes with a UAL Level 3 Diploma in Art and Design. She later moved to London to begin a career in finance. However, after a couple of years she decided to pursue her love of art and move to Florence where she studied the sight size technique.
After moving back to the UK, she continued her studies at Sarum studio, Atelier of Fine Art, in Salisbury Wiltshire. Under the tuition of Nicolas Beer, she furthered her studies in classical portrait drawing.
Lottie is working towards her own solo exhibition. She sells all originals and prints on her website and is currently taking bookings for a limited number of commissions.
